ONYX CHLADILOVÁ

Onyx Chladilová's artistic vision is to give space to voices that could not be heard. As a feminist visual artist, she investigates the current patriarchal capitalist system and its impact on women and queer communities.  Informed by her background in fine art photography at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, her practice balances urgent topics with visual and spoken poetry, creating space for dialogue with the audience.

 

Collaboration is central to her work, engaging both artists and the public in an open, participatory process. Her multidisciplinary practice includes photography, video art, performance, and interactive installations. With her work, she questions hope for the young generations and creates a temporary daydream in a world on the edge of collapse.
